We are seeking a Principal with 10+ years of professional experience in Private Equity or related investment roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading transactions and driving value creation at the board or operational level. Exceptional communication skills and a strong network to support deal execution are essential. This role involves direct engagement with senior management and board members to promote governance improvements and strategic change. It is a senior leadership position for individuals capable of independently sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities.

Analyst – Tokyo, Japan

We are seeking an Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in investment banking, long/short equity, or event-driven hedge funds. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of valuation work and investment idea generation. Exceptional analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to build detailed financial models are essential. Experience leading IR interviews and engaging with company management is highly valued.
